Hydraulic Winch safe operation notes

Hydraulic Winch is also named Electric Winch, Mooring Winch. Hydraulic Winch is a goods towing transport equipment widely used in various kinds of industry, In order to high effective and long-term using, please follow the safe operation rule. 

First, the Hydraulic Winch should be installed on a flat and good view place, the body must be firmly connected to anchor, winch drum should be vertical to guide pulley center line, the distance between winch and  derrick pulley should be not less than 15 m. 

Second, before operation, should carefully check the wire ropes,  clutches, brakes, insurance wheel, pulleys, etc, must ensure safe and reliable operation. Especially Check whether the wire rope and derrick is worn.

Third, the wire rope on the drum must be neat, during operation, should retain at least three circles, it was not allowed to cross the winch wire rope.

Forth, the operator must hold a certificate license, prohibite operate without licenses, must not leave away in working time.

Fifth, if sudden power failure, should immediately shut down switch blade, take off the goods.

Six, operation completed, should shut and lock the electric box.
