Most of the crane machien electric hoist apply to wire rope as sling, the wire rope is very important for smoonth lifting. Good quality wire ropes is long service life, stable, wear-resistant.

1) The wire rope can be 6 × 19, but it is better to use ring-type or eight head type whihc made from 6 × 37 type wire rope, its length and diameter should be based on hanging goods size, weight and spreader, lifting methods to determine, can apply single, double, four or more form.
2) Wire rope ring or both ends rope ball should use splice sling connectors, splice sling connectors length should not be less than 20 times of wire rope diameter. Eight head rope both ends can be installed peach-shaped ring, snap rings or hooks and other sling accessories according to work requirement.
3) The wire rope safety factor: When hanging heavy objects with the hook, snap rings, the safety factor should not be less than 6; when tied heavy goods directly with wire rope, and without taking appropriate protection between the edges and corners, safety factor should take 6 to 8; when lifting large or precision heavy objects, in addition to take proper protection measures, the safety factor should be taken 10.
